The Georgia Council of School Board Attorneys (GCSBA) serves as a crucial platform for legal professionals advising school boards to address current legal concerns, exchange legal insights, and contribute to a cooperative resource center. This council provides a state forum for school attorneys to collaboratively tackle practical legal challenges in their roles of offering counsel, advice, and representation to school boards. Furthermore, it fosters a closer relationship between school attorneys, their client school board members, and the Georgia School Boards Association, enabling active participation in statewide discussions on education while preserving their professional identity.

Elegibility

GCSBA dues amount to $120.00, providing annual membership from July 1 – June 30.

This popular workshop provides school board attorneys a unique opportunity to dialogue with colleagues representing school systems across the state.
