District 4 Director

Pamela J. Brown began her first term on the Rockdale County School Board in January 2017.  She is the current Vice-Chair. She is well known in the Rockdale community for her broad and varied work, focused on education and community service.  She is also active in legislation and advocating for community causes.  Mrs. Brown currently serves on the Board of the AR “Gus” Barksdale Boys and Girls Club and is a member of the Conyers-Rockdale Economic Development Council.

Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. She is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Rockdale, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a Georgia Power Electrical Safety PowerTown presenter.

Pam is currently employed as a Transmission Analyst for Southern Company with over 30 years of service.

She and her husband John are the parents of three children who attend Rockdale County Public Schools.
