The mission of the Georgia School Boards Association is to ensure excellence in the governance of local school systems by providing leadership, advocacy and services, and by representing the collective resolve of Georgia’s elected boards of education.
The executive director is appointed by the board of directors and serves as the chief executive officer of the Association. The executive director assumes the general and active management of the Association. In addition to the executive director, the following make up the rest of the senior staff:
